Buying a part is pretty simple. Just go to https://www.iconservice.com/CustomerService/parts.do. You will need to know the manufacturer of your product, the model number and model name. For example, if you have an X22i incline trainer. The Manufacturer is: Nordic Track, Model Number is: NTL29016, and the model name is: X22i. Hit search. This will then take you to a list of products. If the product has been manufactured and has different versions, all the version will be listed. Pick the version of product you have and follow the instructions on that page. Just a reminder that you can find all the information on the serial decal of your equipment.

Also can you get the part number off the console itself as it may be used on a few models or be interchanged

Yellow = permanent 12+ (memory)
Red = switched live (ignition)
Brown = earth

Speakers

Yellow/ brown and yellow = front right speaker
Blue/brown and blue = front left speaker
White/brown and white = right rear speaker
Green/brown and green = left rear speaker
The solid colors are + and the browns with a trace are the -.

This year never came with 6 speakers (4), so what wiring is installed for those 2 add on speakers I would have no idea.
Here is the factory wire colors from the manual.

IDE or PATA errors and there is no such thing

still running XP wow , who does that?

the 8GB SSD must be tested first.
then erased
the the OS installed again.

ask how. (id boot to linux demo disk to do that) and XP last.
or use XP installer to delete the old 30GB old partition and make XP start fresh load. .

now that CMOS coin dead, at 8 year mark
fully normal

maybe the old XP and HDD are good
after all the coin cell bad makes boot order WRONG. and XP dies dead
but XP is not dead
just the silly $1 coin. kaput, at 7 year stated life span.

I would have suggested to go back to the Outlet where you brought and ask them to order the manual for you,
They should also be able to email you the suppliers link,
