Try pulling the grill off and see if the fan blade is rubbing on something. Check if anything else is loose while you have the cover off..
If it is making more noise than before, it could be the ventilator(s) are dirty. You could try to clean the vent.
It also could be when the dehumidifier is older, the bearings in the ventilator are running dry, or can be defect.
That would be a job for a repair engineer.
