That error code tells us that the cleaning assembly can't move up and down properly. You need to unplug machine when the carriage is in the center, look over on the right side where the printhead parks to see if there is a paper scrap, clip, or something there stopping the cleaning unit.

    i tried on n off couple of time and it works on 1 printing .. after that it back error code again ..

Make sure the protective tape covering the new cartridge has been COMPLETELY removed then reinsert. Your printer should tell you that a new cartridge is inserted and ask to print a test page, align etc. Otherwise your cartridge may have a faulty chip which simply wont read.
In which case you need to return it and get a replacement.
