Sir you have a solution for this problem.Go to start-programs-accessories-accessibly and click on onscreen keyboard.If you are using laptop, sir i would suggest you to use a usb keyboard or wireless key board.As the key's of most of the laptops are a bit delicate.My pleasure to help you. You will need to update via the Microsoft update setting making sure you tick the box in the optional downloads to get the graphics driver you need after this is done you can then get a higher resolution to make windows 7 display fit the whole screen if this does not happen then you will need to the support website for the Sony vaio this link here is where you start to get the correct drivers you need for your display if the Microsoft updates didn't fix your graphics problem http://support.vaio.sony.eu/computing/vaio/index.aspx?l=en_GB
