There are two things you have tto check. 1. Your charger is perfect-check and replace it. And secondly, don't keep continuing in charging after you get indication of charging completed, remove charger.
The phone is not charging or the batteries are bad. You will need to get another set of batteries for the cordless phone. Call the customer service desk and tell them that they need to send you a repalcement phone. The phone is not properly charging.
if you know how to use a multi tester try to check if your phone is shorted, put the range value to ohms x1 and top it to the positive and negative battery connection of the phone.
Your phone is a Dual Band, it only works with 900/1800mhz. Make sure that the Sim install in the second Sim slot work for these bands here. Other wise it won't work. Another problem could be the imei number, most of the time it can be resolve by changing the imei number for the second Sim slot, but is kind of hard.
I had the same problem 1 week after I had the range installed. Called Sears (where I bought it) and they had a tech come out. Tech took a look and said there was nothing they could do, that the entire range needed to be replaced. So the replacement just arrived yesterday, they installed it and the fan inside the oven has been running non-stop ever since. Time to call Sears again. So frustrating. Are these ranges lemons??
