My son hot gift of polar express of O gauge one day he was playing and suddenly the trail stopped .
Now the problem is the engine is giving sound the track have power the cabs do have power but when we try to move it through remote its not moving when the dialer of remote is moved to forward and reverse the red led blinks but train is not moving neither of the function is working through remote like the bell , movement ,whistle etc .
If anyone faced same problem and got solution please share

There are different versions of the Berkshire 2-8-4 locomotive that comes with these sets and the process of activating chuff sound on them varies depending on which version of locomotive you have.So in order to help you I need to know which one it is. Do you have the model number of your set?
IfIam correct, the basic Polar Express came with just a whistle. There is an optional coal tender that has a better sound system in it...Whistle bell and steam sound also try reversing the power wires at the transformer or track
Check with the store you purchased it from. If they don't repair trains they should be able to direct to one that does. You're not the first person to need repairs so they will know.
