How to register a new person from current person

I don't know what voltage your battery should be, but I would suggest investment first in a suitable multimeter to measure the voltage your battery is giving - if any. Secondly, I would suggest getting a charger suitable for your battery, and putting the battery on charge. Your own charger will always be useful in the future should your battery become flat due to lack of use, or any other reason.
If your current battery - after being charged for the suggested time in the charger instructions - does not register a voltage, then it is completely useless. If it does register a charge, then you can use it, but keep a close eye on it, as it may discharge much more rapidly than it should, if a cell is faulty for example, in which case regular charging will enable you to use it, although I would not rely on it very much and replace it anyway.

If your unit is not registering on the Garmin website, then the unit is probably already registered. If its already registered, the Garmin website won't recognize it. If you bought it used, you need to call the person who you bought the unit from and tell them to delete their registration so that you can re-register under your name. If you bought it new, call Garmin customer service at 1-800-800-1012 and have them clear the registration. They will require proof of purchase. New Units sometimes get purchased registered and then returned. Some places will place the merchandise back on the shelf after verifying everything is still there.

What you need to do is log in to your Garmin account and add a new device under your mydashboard, you cannot create 2 Garmin acccounts with the same email.

Hello Dillia, I suggest you contact the person who sold you the stove at the location you purchased it. If that person is not present ask for the manger. During this inquire have a note pad & pen in hand wrighting down date/time & the persons name you are speaking to. When you ask that persons name in a nice tone for correct spelling this does place a high attention to your request. I hope this helps you.
