In most cases this error has something to do with the printers LVPS (Low Voltage Power Supply ). If the printer is connected to power surge, try to connect it to an outlet from the wall. Do an An AC power check - check the AC line voltage at the end of the AC line cord. If the Ac line cord is incorrect, replace the cord. Also check if the cord is in good condition. if not, replace the cord. If you still get the same errror, you may need to replace the printers' LVPS. You can use the AC charger cord from a computer as a replacement for the AC cord of the charger. If the AC cord plugs into the wall and plugs into the charger or charger receptacle on the back of the power chair, you can use it.
If I remember correctly, This chair has a 4 Amp on-board charger which has an AC receptacle on the back of the chair to plug in an AC cord. The off-board chargers take a universal AC cord which will work with a universal computer AC cord. If the AC cord plugs in, use it.
