It is just telling you how many shots the internal buffer can handle prior to writting them to the SD card, if the camera won't shoot it could because its busy, if you have a slow memory card and long exposure noise reduction switched on tge camera won't fire another shot until its processed the current job.

If you see r28 in the top lcd screen, it is not an error, it indicates the remaining shots in your buffer.

If it is on your read lcd, reset your custom menu.

Brand New Nikon Z7ii won't take photos please help!

The fact is won't focus is odd, it should always do that. Issues like this tend to be related to the storage media, and normally falls into two groups. The cards normally have to formatted in the camera and not on a computer. This is because the camera uses its own storage system. The other one is wrong type of card, or too big a card. This page specifies the SD Card type and also says it can only go in slot 2.

https://cameratimes.org/best-memory-cards-for-nikon-z7-ii/

and 512GB is the largest card.

I own a NIKON D300 it comes up with R21 if I use the two button reset I get R28 come up has anyone a solution please. David

Is this preventing you from shooting?
Normally the r-number simply indicates how many more shots you can take in the current burst before the buffer fills up and the camera has to slow down to save the pictures to the memory card. It's purely FYI and shouldn't stop you from shooting (until it gets down to r00).

Nikon d7000 r11 error

Is this actually keeping you from shooting? Normally the "r" is an informative message, telling you how many more shots you can shoot in the current burst before the buffer fills. The camera should still take the shot when you fully press the shutter release button.

Hi, Could you please help me with the details of installing the webcam in my Samsung R28 laptop. Thanks Tijo PS

First of all install the software driver of the webcam. once installed you must connect the webcam as it will be detected on the PC and will be installed.
the webcam icon will now appear as you can click to open the webcam. If the software was installed then remove web cam and uninstall before you do it once again.

Error message showing up is r03

r03 is NOT an error message. It indicates the number of remaining pictures that can be stored in the camera's built-in high speed memory buffer (before the camera will need to send them to the memory card). Each successive picture taken rapidly will decrease this r03 number by 1. Eventually the r01 will be on screen, and after that picture is taken, the camera will not shoot until the memory buffer has been transferred. This may take a few seconds, and then shooting can continue again.

When swithched on the camera getting message protected card and unable to shoot photos

Try to slide the little switch on the side of the card in the other direction. That switch is like a write protect for the card. Good Luck.
