Hello,
I can't find a driver for this, even though their spec sheets said it would work for Mac OS X... Do you know where a link to the driver is? I tried downloading one, but it wasn't readable. Thanks for your help!
Canon Australia has the driver on their website :)

There is no Macintosh-compatible scanning software by Canon for the imageCLASS MF4150. However, users of Mac OS 10.5 Leopard can scan using Apple's Image Capture application, which is part of Mac OS 10.5 Leopard.
The Image Capture program is located in the Applications folder. Open that program, then click on the Devices menu, then select the Canon MF4320-4350.
I, after 2 attempts at install, got the printer to work correctly with OS X Leopard 10.5.5. I downloaded the pirnter and fax drivers for Mac from theh Canon website, dated Oct. 08. At first I couldn't find the menus for Finishing, etc. But they're there now, enabling me to print double sided. But I don't know how to make this the default, I need to set this every time I print. Does anyone know if Is there as way in which this (and perhaps other settings) could be made the default.
The machine still will not scan - I've written to Canon techsupport to ask about this, still waiting for a response. Perhaps they will have a scanner driver for Mac soon. Otherwise the usefulness of the machine will be limited. There's also n Toolbox for Mac. The cartridges are VERY expensive.
I got my MF4150 working after the Leopard 10.5.2 update by re 'Adding' the printer and using the alternative drive that resulted. I still can't scan, though, and this really irks me. (System Preferences>Print & Fax and press the + button. Delete the older drivers in this interface to stop any later confusion.) NB, the link mentioned above only has the Mac printer and fax drivers, not a scanner driver. I think I have searched every major Canon site for a driver for the scanner. I do feel ripped off ...
I have not been able to use my Canon MF4150 since I installed Leopard--either via Airport or USB. Worked fine with 10.4. The driver suggested by Soulvisitor is pre-Leopard

Can't print with Leopard on my Canon MF4150 and no driver in the whole wide world seems to work. WTF?
There is no scanner driver available on this machine for a Mac, I called Canon myself after searching everywhere else I could think of. Â They said only those 2 functions are compatible with a Mac, which makes this machine much less appealing for me. I'm going to purchase something else obviously.
And, to the guy who responded sarcastically to the guy who was asking the driver question - he had a valid problem and was merely asking a question. No need to jump on his case. Â Besides, there is no fix which I'm pretty sure he eventually found out.
Thanks,
Jennifer
I have tried to find a scanner driver for the Canon MF4150 multifunction laser printer but it doesn't exist – it doesn't appear any third party scan software supports the Canon MF4150 either.Â
First it was my scanner that did not work when using iMac OS 10.4. Since upgrading to Leopard nothing works and there seems to be no updated driver available
This printer will not work with the MF4150 - there is no printer driver available for Macs - very frustrating.
No scanner driver for OSx for the 4150 - even as advertised as compatible with MAC. Â NFW!!!
I just bought a MacBook Pro and it won't work with the Canon MF4150. Â Can't find the driver.
I found a driver for PC and fax on Canon website:
http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/contro...
Nothing for the scanner. frustrating.
same problem, did somebody found a solution?
I, too, have this problem. Â No solution, I can still return it.
Furthermore, for those who hope to use the AE or TC router as a print server, the MF4150 simply does not talk friendly. Countless of fruitless hours later, I am left with the option to upgrade to a network ready MF4680 or the totally mac-friendly HP M1522.
I think I've had enough of canon. and the 1522 is cheaper too!
The install disc didn't have Mac drivers. I downloaded from the Canon website, but even after install I couldn't get the computer to recognize one that worked.
Same problem here
I final got my MF4150 multifunctional printer working, but Canon has been telling me for over a year they are developing a driver for the accompanying scanner. The tech. at Canon told me they don't see Mac as big enough a customer to service those users even though they ship boxes that state Mac compatible.
Me too, same problem.
Will the canon mf1450 scan for macs with older tiger software
Same problem here -- however, I've been getting around this with a Fusion XP install, which I use to do any scanning. It's a p.i.t.a., but it works, for now.
i need the drivers so that i can run the printer on my pc
