Go to Tech. Rep. Mode screen then press [ Counter] --> [Special Counter] -> [Developer count] -> [Clear]--> [Exit]. Then turn off main switch 10 secs. turn it On.

Have you replaced the developer??? Did you clear the developer counter??? Before you remove old developer. Did you run the required Developer Charge after new developer was installed???

You must press Utylity/Counter next open on screen admin setting. (Pass is 12345678) next network setting, IP setting and you can set IP address. If network (card, cable, switch or router) are OK you can print on your Develop. Driver you find on www.develop.de or http://www.konicaminolta.eu/en/business-solutions/support/download-center.html
