It is not clear to me whether triggered fuse or differential circuit breaker?
If triggered fuse than is short circuit or overload. If triggered only differential circuit breaker than could be current leakage.
In case of short circuit I suggest you to disconnect all load, one by one (pump, motor, heating element.....etc.), until you find a load that make a short circuit.
In case of current leakage, my experience says check heating element measuring resistence between housing (earted) and each pin (two) of heating element. Should be more than 2 MOhm.
I hope I've helped.

I had the same problem once before. It was only after a few months that we realised it was the dishwasher causing the power cuts. I looked behind the dishwasher to find the back of it had melted. I was renting at the time, so the real estate agent replaced it. Have a look behind yours to see if anything has happened to it.
After that, get some one out to look at it, or replace it.

2 THINGS COME TO MINE EASY CHECKS , MAKE SURE THE DOOR IS CLOSING PROPERLY AND THE DOOR SWITCH IS MAKING UP WELL AND CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE 110VOLTS LEAVING THE BREAKER AND @ THE DISHWASHER CONNECTION IF IT HAS A RECEPTACLE ON THE DISHWASHER END TRY TO PLUG IN ANOTHER DEVICE SUCH AS A DRILL OR SAW OR OTHER APP, TO SEE IF IT WILL RUN THIS IS A BETTER CK THAN A METER BECAUSE IT PROVES IT IS PASSING CURRENT AS WELL AS VOLTAGE , METERS ARE NONE LOAD DEVICES AND CAN FOOL YOU

Disconnect the heating element, remove lower panel and take the 2 wires off the heater and tape.Reset the breaker and turn it on,if it's ok you know the heaters bad if not let me know.

The wash tank heater is likely the issue.Remove the 2 wires on the heater and tape them up and run a cycle, let me know.
SOURCE: The dishwasher will not turn on
Congratulations - you found the fault !
The options you have are -
Buy areplacement board from a spares centre.
Buy a take- off board from a scrap one on Ebay.
Or - Learn about electronic repair - and identify the burnt component , buy the parts and replace it yourself.
You can take it to an electronic repair shop - if you can find one - or a electronic supply shop - and ask for a new one of "them".
If replacing a burnt component - often there is a cause other than just that component.
Experience tells you what else might be wrong to cause it.
