I think you mean, you can't read the manual. Most manuals are PDF files and need a PDF reader. I'm using a MAC, but I don't know where to find the PDF reader. Try ADOBE and download the free PDF reader from there.

What's the brand and model of your band saw ? Check out bandsawmanuals.com. They have free dowloadable
manuals and wiring diagram for most brands of band saw machine. You need to register to the site
first before you can download for a manual.

If you mean the GT-i9300, (a.k.a. Samsung Galxy S-III) instead, you can dowload its user manual from this location.
