Your unit has a faulty digitizer/touchscreen. You will need to call tomtom customer service at 866.486.6866 to get an RMA set up to have your device repaired. Tomtom's do not have onboard calibration for the touchscreen either.
I used another charger in house and charged battery must be the car charger adapter I haven't used it yet but I will today and let you know if it works
While l was cleaning my tom tom 300 touch screen, some of the cleaning solution got in between the glass layers and I now have a spot that keeps moving. my question is there any way to open this up and dry this out or is the screen toast. Thanks mukat
