you might wanna check if the ethernet cord that you are using is working properly Internet light as well should be lit up on the RCA modem box. Adriambo Tambuyat
Try a firmware upgrade. I'm trying to look that up right now so that you don't need to thumb through the garbage. everywhere i've read about malfunctions takes an upgrade but still crashes days or weeks later.
