look in the engine fuses and if that dont work pull em out one by one and check em all

delete 'em when connected to the pc..I post a driver just in case ya do not have 'em

Upgrade Activesync and the PC's USB driver. Then you should be OK once you upgrade Activesync to V3.6 and then get the latest USB driver for your system. Good luck
