Flashes code 125 & 126 - Hayward 250kbtu Ng Pool Heater - Inground

Might help to know the model, but with a brand new installation, I'd call the installer out to troubleshoot.

Those are not Common Error Codes, Is it possible that the codes are characters other than the numerals you posted 125/126?

Since I don't know whether it uses 4 digit or 3 digit codes here are both:
- 0363 0381 0374
- 021, 022, 109, 125, 126, 127, 225, 226, 239, 265, 292, 314, 320, 330, 343, 353, 359, 361, 362, 363, 373, 374

Mean deviation is calculated by the following steps:

1. Add all the numbers and then divide by total number of values. That is take a mean.
2. Then subtract the mean from each values and ADD them all
3. then the added answer must be divided by the total number of values. and you get the Mean devaition.

I solved your problem here in steps:

Step 1:
(121+122+123+124+125+126) / 6 Equals to 102.6

Step 2:

(121-102.6) + (122-102.6) ...... +(126-102.6)
=125.4

Step 3:

125.4/6 = 20.9 is the MEAN DEVIATION

Those are all of the codes for GE on this remote.

These codes indicate that you have a bad temperature sensor. Once replaced, the error codes will go away.
This is an easy do it your self project, or it may still be under warranty. Check with your install date; if you have installed the heater 1 year or less (single piece of Pentair Equipment) or if you recently built the pool and installed 3 seperate pieces of Pentair Equipment, your warranty is extended to coverage for three years.

Let X be the lowest of the 3 integers
The sum of the 3 integers can be represented as X + (X+1) + (X+2).
Set this sum equal to 378 and solve for X.
X + (X+1) + (X+2) = 378
3X + 3 = 378
3X = 375
X = 125
Since X is the lowest of the 3 integers the other 2 will be X+1 and X+2 or 126 and 127.

Therefore, the answer is 125, 126 and 127

The model is a not a WA 125 - I couldn't fix the problem and have scrapped the machine.
