Bell complaints I want Bell Canada to stop the voice mail on my phone line nut can not get through to them. Every time I get passed on to someone else or get hung up on. I guess its time to change providers since they don`t seem to care. My phone 9053932049 TAKE OFF THE VOICE MAIL, I do not need it. Joe MacDonald

Are you sure there not funtion Keys?
Normaly you have to hold a function Key while pressing them. Also try reloading the chipset drivers and see if that helps.

could be malware infection but before, open and check that touchpad to motherboard interface flex is ok and well plugged in the socket. also uninstall all touchpad drivers, run a malware removal tool then, scan for new hardware..
