If your using Windows & just click on the computer tab and then at the left top of the screen click on properties and then choose folder options menu and then click on the view tab. Here on the view tab you can uncheck hide system files and folders and any hidden folders or files will now be visible. Careful here, do not mess or delete any system files or you will trash your operating system and it will not boot back up! Search for your hidden menu you mentioned and you should be able to view all files and subfolders within that hidden menu now. After you are done restore your computer back to the normal default mode by checking the box hide system files and apply the changes. Good luck. Regards, Dennis

To enter your unlock code, LG phones often require access to a hidden menu first. To access this menu simply enter the digits 2 9 4 5 # * 7 1 0 0 1 #.
1. Insert an original SIM card and turn the phone on
2. Access the hidden menu by typing 2 9 4 5 # * 7 1 0 0 1 #
3. Select 'Menu' and then 'Settings'
4. Next, select 'Security'
5. Select 'Network Provider' and 'Deactivate'
6. Finally enter the Unlocking Code provided. (Please note: Some phones require a slightly different access code - please see the list below if the above access code doesn't work for your phone.)
Option 2 method - LG Models
1. Insert a not accepted SIM Card and switch your LG phone
2. The phone will display 'phone restricted'.
3. Select Cancel
4. The phone will display 'phone restriction code'.
5. Enter the Unlock code provided
6. Select OK
7. Your LG will now be now unlocked

To get into the service menu, press 111111 like you were dialing a phone number and then press the key above the back key which should bring up a menu. In that menu, there is an option called service. Select that and you should have a menu up.

Access the Hidden Service menu as follows:
1. From the System Setup menu, go to Information --> Troubleshooting --> Service Tools menu.
2. With the cursor at the top of the Service Tools menu, press both the Up Arrow and Down Arrow buttons to display the Hidden Service menu

Reset the NVRAM:

Resets the system back to default settings and clears all network settings. If possible, print the Configuration page before resetting NVRAM.

Type the code 1570 when you access the set up menu. Then click ok on nagravision you will then be able to access the codes for you current supplier.
