IMF.exe-system error. The program can't start because rtl120.bpl is missing. Please try reinstalling the program. I reinstalled (ASC7) Advanced System Care 7 but still get system error at start-up. Now I can't uninstall ASC7
This may seem overly simple, but Microsoft Security Essentials , is it on? Different security systems have a habit of preventing downloads of system changing programs, especially to itself. Try turning off and reinstalling.
Your problem seems to be IOBit Malware Fighter (IMF). Run IMF and go to the settings, uncheck the box (for IMF) that says run when windows starts, or run at windows startup, exit IMF and reboat to unload it from the system. Also, you may uninstall IMF, reboot, and then try running ASC. If you still want IMF, download the latest version, or, better yet, install MawareBytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) as a malware scanner. It's probably the best tool for the job. ASC used to be a nice tool back in the days, many years ago, but now there are many better tools. It has received some very poor reviews lately, and I personally had removed ISC from my system long time ago and opted for other tools that I like much better. I hope this will solve your problem. Please report back if the problem is solved or not.

Looks like the same company that makes system care also makes a uninstaller that should help.

Sounds like the application you are running may not be compatible with Windows 98. Probably can't do much as Windows 98 is so old.
Although it may be a missing file, DLL, or driver on your Windows 98 system, hard to tell.

The msvcr80.dll is required for the software developed under microsoft C++. And if the microsoft visual C++ is not installed on that machine this raise error.
It sounds you are facing same problem, if then downlaod microsoft visual C++ redistributable package and install it on your machine. I think it will fix your problem.

Probably your system file the explorer.exe is corrupted or your computer has virus.
First thing to do, restart your computer, boot on safemode and install updated antivirus. If its not possible you need to reinstall windows.
