Please ensure that the correct drivers for the wifi adapter are installed. T410's can have different wifi makes, and installing the wrong one will make the wifi inoperative. Ensure you grab the drivers from the Lenovo support site.

SOURCE: I have a Lenovo Y430 notebook and it was working

After making sure that the status of network adapters in the device manager showed enabled, I tried using the Fn+F5 key on my keypad. The Fn+F5 key showed my WiFi status as disabled inspite of the Wifi toggle switch on the front of the laptop in the "on" position. So I enabled it and the WiFi led started glowing and I was able to access the internet through WiFi connection

SOURCE: problem with the wifi lenovo G450

Be sure your wireless switch is on. Then check your device manager. If it has yellow mark under network adapters, then you need to download driver for that. Click here to download driver. If that won't still work, try uninstalling Lenovo Readycomm from the list of your programs in Control panel. If that still doesn't work, contact your service provider to configure the wireless settings of your pc and router.

Enable wireless

The same model ThinkPad can have different types of network, video and audio drivers and unless you know exactly which one is installed in your ThinkPad, you need to download all the drivers and install each driver until you find the right driver. When you download the drivers, write down the device driver and it's file name so you have a record of which driver you are installing and which directory the unzipped files are located on your hard drive. Go to the IBM/Lenovo WEB site - support/download page and download the latest Windows device drivers for your model computer, Use this link: - http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/product.do?template=%2Fproductselection%2Flandingpages%2FbrowseByProductLandingPage.vm&sitestyle=lenovo&brandind=10&validate=true

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad t410s. Wine as accidentally spilled over the keyboard, and now the laptop will not turn on. How can i fix this computer? Is this something I will be able to do on my own? Thanks.

You should fully disassemble the laptop & thoroughly inspect its inside. Look for any traces of liquid on the circuit boards & on other components. On circuit boards, liquid damage appears in the form of whitish traces. These needs to be wiped off. This can be done using a tooth brush moistened with few drops of hand sanitizer liquid.
Check all internal connectors & make sure that no liquid seeped into them. Dry them if needed.
When you are done, re-assemble back the laptop.
If the liquid fell on the keyboard & you found out that the keyboard is no longer working, then you will have to replace the keyboard.

If it still does not work, the motherboard might be damaged & needs to be replaced.
