My Rangemaster 110, second oven ignites but does not go to second stage and gets a bigger flame. It just stays on low flame.

The thermocouple needs replacing. That is what tells the main gas valve to open when you turn the knob.

When i try to turn on the oven, it clicks and lights but then the flame goes out

You may need to replace the thermostat/thermocouple. This is a common part that needs replacement every few years (sometimes they just stop working sooner too). It's cheap and relatively easy to change. The purpose of this is to prevent a gas leak (because the oven is turned on) if the flame were to go out and could not be re-lit.

How to fix problems with hob not staying alight on rangemaster lpg

If you are holding the knob in for a good few seconds and finding that it still goes out, the thermocouple has failed on that hob. The thermocouple is the metal spike sticking up when you take the ceramic plate and carrier off each ring. First check that the ring pieces are correctly sitting on the cooker, but if they are you will need that thermocouple replacing.

Whats a thermocouples

A thermocouple is a sensing device that use used to determine temperature.

One type of thermocouple consists of a thermally conductive bulb (usually copper) and capillary tube that contains an inert gas that when heated, expands. The expanding gas physically moves something else in a very controlled manner. The amount of movement is directly related to the temperature - expansion is heating and contracting is cooling. These are the types most often found in appliances with "standing" pilot flames. If the pilot goes out, the thermocouple senses this and closes the pilot valve by moving an electrical switch operator and prevent gas from filling the space.

A Capillary Tube type T/C

The second type consists of two different metal wires that are joined at one end and sheilded from shorting out in an insulator and a protected from physical damage inside a hardened case such as stainless steel. These two dissimilar metals produce a small voltage due to galvanic action. When the junction of the two wires is heated or cooled, the resistance changes which in turn changes the output voltage. The voltage is very specific and can easily be converted to a temperature. These are mostly found in very high temperature commercial and industrial furnace and kiln applications.

Oven will not respond

The knob won't have any effect on the flame size.  The knob controls temperature.  If you're referring to the pilot light staying on and then the main flame not going on...that's another problem.  If the main flame will not go on, the assembly that controls the main flame is likely defective.  If the unit has a thermocouple, you might change it out first.  Sometimes, that's all that is needed and they're cheap.

Cant cook in the oven! Gas Rangemaster double oven 110

Sounds like the oven ignitor is weak and not building up enough resistance to get gas flow.  I would replace the ignitor.
