Try the configuration that's usually provided by your network provider.

u may have not subscribed to packet data...your internet setting or configuration may not be available in your phone...or it might not be activated...ask for setting to your operator..they will send you in 1hr of request for free..after that you will be able to access internet..

in settings menu, goto configuration settings, and then to acess point

you have to activate the gprs connection first and have to enable the settings for that.contact the network service provider

Here is your Pocket PC's default theme
1. Connect your Pocket PC to your Desktop using your cradle and Microsoft Active Sync, Once it is Connected double click on the green circle on your taskbar to open the Active Sync Window (If the Circle is grey, then it means that your Pocket PC is not properly connected).

2. Now you need to click on the explore Icon.


3. Here you can see the files and folders on your Pocket PC. Navigate to the “My Documents” folder. (This is where we suggest that you put your themes) . You can also use the“Windows” folder or Main directory of a storage card (not in a sub directory).
4.Now you need to drag the TSK theme files that you have chosen from your desktop computer to your pocket pc 5.Now you need to activate the theme file on your Pocket PC:
Tap Start, Settings, Today, Select your chosen theme, and tap OK.
Your new theme will now be activated.

I did not sovle it, it is the network that has the problem i presume.. i have another problem i download games for my n70 but i can't open it please help me. Thanks a lot,

Please check your back shutter it connected with a camera switch.
Remove the back of your phone & then set it again.
When you transfer data through Bluetooth, your phone should be directly in range of 10-15 metre
& your phone must be in "Shown to all" to work properly.

Backup Instructions: Insert the Toshiba Pocket PC e740 into the USB cradle. A connection between the e740 and your notebook or desktop will be established. Please close all active applications on the e740. On your notebook or desktop start Activesync and select Tools and then Backup/Restore. Select Full Backup. Select Back Up Now to start the backup process. B2 – Using a Compact Flash (CF) or Secure Digital (SD) Memory Card: a) How to insert a Compact Flash Memory Card: Ensure the e740 is connected to the mains. Turn the e740 off. Remove the dummy card if necessary. Confirm the direction of the Compact Flash memory card by lining up the side grooves of the card and groove edge of the card slot. Insert the card smoothly and completely. b) How to insert a Secure Digital Card: Ensure the e740 is connected to the mains. Turn the e740 off. Remove the dummy card if necessary. Insert the Secure Digital card with it’s contact surface (the metal contacts) facing the back of Toshiba Pocket PC e740. Press the card down until it clicks. You can make a backup of the Toshiba Pocket PC e740 data to your Compact Flash or Secure Digital memory card. If you have backed up your data to your Compact Flash or Secure Digital memory card you can restore that data to your Toshiba Pocket PC e740. Periodical data backup is recommended. The following types of data can be backed up: FILE: Includes files created by Pocket Word, Pocket Excel, Notes etc. or an additionally installed program.
