That's a motor drive error either something is preventing the motor from turning or motor is bad

that code, unfortunately, means your laser unit has went south. you definetly have to call a tech on this as it is quite a job to even get to the laser.

The A-3200 error indicates a scanner lamp problem.
It can either be a loose connector or more likely a lamp or inverter PCB.
Another cause can be incorrect shading position, by moving the contact glass this may fix it.
