Went out on our internet trying to find your trouble shooting guide (typically in the OWNERS MANUAL)...

Finally ended up in AU ... No luck.
(September 9th is only 6 hours old here (SF Bay area)).

Your local peers have NOTHING NICE to say about that machine... particularly the CONTROL BOARD:

i use manualslib as u can get and share manuals at ManualsLib Makes it easy to find manuals online failing that search in address bar with model and no as many sites have free manuals but beware the ones that charge...lol

if there is no filter disconnect mach and carefully either take the back off if it comes off {some} dont or you could lay the mach down and gain access to the pump remove retaining screws and hoses and there you go remember power off before you touch anything.

During drain and spin only A washer that leaks only during the spin cycle often has a leak in the main drain hose. Inspect the entire hose and correct any problem you find.

Pump / Filter cleaning POWER OFF UNIT UNPLUGED:

Basically you open the lower panel by pushing down and pulling toward you at the top. Use something like a cake pan for catching water. Grasp the CIRCULAR filter and rotate it COUNTER CLOCKWISE until the water starts draining. WAIT until all the water possible drains. Then unscrew the filter and pull it out. Clean out any debris. Make sure to reach deep into the filter hole and CAREFULLY clean off the sensor if you can reach it and then reinstall the filter by rotating clockwise. Last steps install the lower panel and PLUG IN POWER.

Check the door seal where it meets the door..If there is even a small split it can leak....If damaged it should be replaced...Good luck....Nomess

Hello Friend, I think your machine will work properly if you add a water line splitter. You would connect to the single cold water tap and on the other end you would have two water hoses . Connect one hose to the cold water inlet of your washer and then connect the other hose to the hot water inlet. You can get these at Home Depot. Happy to help, Tim.
