I have a Ford New Holland 5610 S series tractor year model 1997 have taken it apart to put in new clutch. I have installed the clutch and pressure plate the problem is I can't get it all to bolt back...

The biggest problem here is the alignment of all the parts. Firstly the clutch plate spline and the spicket shaft bearing in the flywheel have to be perfectly aligned, many clutch kits now supply the correct alignment tool as part of the service. Then the spicket shaft has to go into the clutch plate and the spicket shaft bearing perfectly straight, if all parts are aligned, the two halves of the tractor should slide into place easily. If you did not get an alignment tool, you can make one up using a shaft that fits into the spicket shaft bearing and then build up the thickness to fit into the clutch spline with masking tape. Using this method you will have to check your assembly by eye to ensure perfect alignment.

JD mighty mover tractor, 27MHz, 3 function remote 1. forward/reverse, 2. left & right, 3. loader bucket up/down Problem: no forward or reverse, front wheels turn left and right just fine, loader goes...

My son and I took apart the toy as we have the same problem with ours. The green terminal on the motor moves when we apply pressure to it and the motor speeds up considerably. It appears that a weak or bad terminal is the cause of loss of power. We are not sure how to maintain the pressure on this terminal.

We are going to put it back together and see if it works.

Removal and installation of 1988 harley sportster clutch

In order to remove the clutch from your bike, you must have a special tool. You'll need H-D #34761 in order to remove the snap ring holding the clutch together.

Disconnect the battery, drain the primary, and remove the primary cover. Once you have the primary cover off, you can remove the nut from the compensator sprocket at the engine end of the primary chain.

Install the H-D 34761 or equivalent tool and compress the clutch spring. Remove the snap ring and then back off on the tool to release the pressure on the clutch spring. Once the pressure has been removed, remove the adjusting screw assembly, the outer clutch spring seats, the clutch spring, the inner clutch spring seat, and the pressure plate.

Then you can disassemble the rest of the clutch. Remove the remove the four friction plates and three drive plates. Then you can remove the spring plate and the remaining plates after that. Remove the snap ring that holds the clutch assembly onto the transmission clutch gear and remove the inner and outer clutch shells, the primary chain, and the engine sprocket as a group.

For this job, I would recommend that you purchase a service manual. It's has pictures that show you what you're dealing with and in this case, a picture is truly worth a thousand words.

Good Luck

How to change clutch in a 2000 mustang v6

First you go to mechanics school so you know the basics on safety etc.
Now you can block the car up in the air and remove the driveline and all electrical and mechanical connections from the transmission. Next support the engine while you unbolt the transmission from the engine. using your transmission jack slide the transmission back far enough to get easy access to the pressure plate. remove the bolts holding the pressure plate in place and remove the old clutch. Of course you got a new clutch, pressure plate and throwout bearing right? you may need a pocket bearing for the tip of the transmission input shaft as well. installing is the reverse of removing though you will have to consult the manual for torque specifications and you will need to make sure the clutch is centered before you bolt the pressure plate back down.
OR you could take it to a transmission shop and have them do it for a couple hundred bucks.,
