It seems someone selected cleaning cycle and until door is fully closed it will not go through the cycle and locks out other uses. If not true, then range needs a service person to repair door lock.

You will need to replace the lock assembly. Here is the part to order.

the self cleaning lever (that locks the door) is moved to the clean position. try moving it to clean then back to the off position and that should fix it.

Hold the 9 & 0 down together till the loc on goes to loc off. About 5 secs.

HI. This is a child lock feature that can be released by holding the 0 and 9 pad, simultaneously, on the touch panel for 10 secs, or until the word "LOC", disappears. You must hold both pad buttons down together.

This will release the LOC
