you should go to the company showroom and give them the laptop....they have their own hacking system by the help of which they will unlock your laptop and give you the password....or else if you have knowledge about hacking...you could do it on your own too...

You will have to contact someone on the internet, by phone, or by mail. They usually have a place to click on the Welcome screen to let you reset everything. Otherwise, you will have to email them and explain your problem. You are the only person that they will let change the password, and they can set up a new username and password, but you will have to verify your information to them, and prove it's you changing it, before they will do that. Make sure you write down your information next time.
