just add the extra handset then follow the set up procedure as explained in the user manual
the base set has to recognize each new handset and allocate it a hand set number
all explained in the user manual

There isn't really an iPhone 6 / 6+ specific manual. Apple veers more toward guides for different versions of iOS, since the phones themselves haven't really changed - home button, volume up/down, mute switch, sleep. What all they can activate and do, and what your fingers on the screen can add is all user interface and software, so that's what you'll want to look for.
