Your manual under the seat should explain how...

Manual says press high/low beam switch rapidly but what they don't say is, which is very important, don't press it so much that it clicks.
As in don't let the hi/lo beam switch click like it normally does when switching from hi to low?

I just fogged both of my etecs for the first time half an hour ago. I clicked the hi/low beam switch all the way rapidly and the "PUSH S" message never showed up. So I went back and switched it VERY RAPIDLY while holding the "S" button and it worked. As soon as "PUSH S" showed up on the display, I pushed the "S" button down until the "OIL" message popped up and it fogged and shut downhow to winterize a 600 e-tec 2012 ski doo expediti - icon1.png on que.

I friend of mine said he could never get his etec to self-fog. I think he wasn't pushing the hi/lo beam switch enough for it to engage.

Hope this infoicon1.png helps.

Why does a fuel pump run when a engine is off on a 2007 ski doo gsx 600 sdi

I don't definitely know but taking a guess, assuming the fuel pump switches off after a while - fuel is a valuable part of the cooling of the fuel injection system and it could be the fuel pump keeps running to circulate fuel and carry away some of the heat that initially increases after switching off and could otherwise damage sensitive components.

What type of oil should I use in the 600 sdi, synthetic or regular

I am skidoo fan and I love the sdi motor!!! absolutely bullet proof!!

I am a firm believer in using BPS synthetic oil, it usually says what type of oil it requires right by the oil fill cap....go with manufacturers recommendation
