I need solution about error CE40 in color machine e-studio 2051c

CE40 is image related error, u need to check which pu giving the problem...

Perform 08-2002 "0" to clear the error

If problem persist, clean/replace the themopiles

You must change black dev.unit lever clutch to fix CEB0
And you must change the belt that moves organic belt to fix CE40.

Reinstall the drivers ..

CE40 is image related problem, u need to check which PU is giving the problem

[CE40] Image quality control test pattern abnormality

1.Replace the image quality sensor

2.Set the values of "Image quality closed-loop control / Contrast voltage (08-556)" and "Image
quality closed-loop control / Laser power (08-557)" to "1" (Valid). MEANING Shutdown the machine,press 0+8,while starting the machine, enter 556 then enter 1,confirm it,then press 557 then 1,confirm it.
Below are further instructions in the same way

3.Perform "Enforced performing of image quality open-loop control (05-394)" and make sure it is
completed normally. (Error [CE40] does not appear.)
4.Clear all "Image quality control abnormal detection counter Y to K display/0 clearing (08-573 to
576)"
