Does it crunch? If you lift the clutch and then press it down whilst trying to get it into reverse as this lets the cogs move allowing you to slip the drive into the gears this may allow you to get it into reverse. So here's the steps:
1 start the the engine
2 drive the car for about 10 kms
3 try and get the vehicle into reverse
4 lift the clutch whilst holding the stick in the gate ( you should feel the cogs turning and shaking the stick)
5 then push the clutch down again
6 if it still won't go repeat step 4/5
if it still won't work then try and get it into reverse whilst stationary and then start the engine it will jolt but can free up the gears!

hope this helps :)

SOURCE: i changed transmision fluid of toyota sienna 1998

Changing the fluid will never harm your trans unless you do not fill it back up.

Reverse is all hydrolic. There is no electrical that could cause it. If you have park and forward, you don't have a lincage problem.

As much as I feel for you, (I satarted rebuilding transmissions in the 80's) you will have to get it rebuilt.

Sorry

SOURCE: 2001 toyota sienna power mirror/ clock not working...

There is an interior fuse panel located on the left side of the steering column, behind the "change compartment". You just pull it out and you will see a fuse diagram on the back. The fuse you want to replace is the fuse for the cigarette lighter, it is a 15 amp fuse and is located on the bottom right.

As far as I can tell, the owner manual makes no mention of this interior fuse panel and furthermore the actual fuse for the cigarrette lighter doesn't mention that it is connected to the clock and the power mirror.

My 2002 Sienna just started doing this exact same thing. Curious if you ever found out what was causing this to happen?

Press station 1 and 6 and turn the ignition key to on position but donot start the vehicle, you will see the unlock code flashing, note the number that is your radio code, read your vehicle manual and insert code to unlock.

My toyota sienna 2002 turn on and goes in gear but when i accelerate forward it stalls

Check fuel pressure...may not have enough to drive.
Clogged air filter can choke it out....I've seen mice and stuff clog up pipes to filter/air intake.
Make sure car is rolling normally....Stuck brakes can cause it not to move well.
Good Luck

Have you tried replacing the master window switch? Just because the other windows work doesnt mean that switch for that window is good.

The main switch is controled by the drivers door main unit.....i had to use a forward force on my windows switch for it to work....so replaced the whole unit, you could find those on ebay cheap if local auto parts is expensive

Back wheels have locked up

Check the calipers for sticking, also check the lever where the e-brake cable connects to and makes sure the lever operates smoothly. You may need an assistant to operate the e-brake.
