Since the TV has been set in a foreign language, you might have trouble identifying what's written on your TV. In that case, you might have to take a note of the type and number of keys pressed in the below steps.
On your Toshiba TV's remote, press the Menu button.
Then press the Menu buttons on your remote two times. This will take you to the Settings page.
Press the OK button your remote to confirm your selection.
Now tap the Down button on your remote once to go to the Language menu and press the OK button.
The first option will be the language selection menu and that will be selected by default.
So just use the "Left" or "Right" button on your TV remote to English (or any other language of your choice).
You may now hit the Exit button on your remote to close the Settings option.
The manual for your TV can be found here: https://www.manualslib.com/download/619005/Acoustic-Solutions-Lcd32761hdf.html
Page 30 talks about Navigating the Analogue TV
Menu System and Page 33 leading through that section has information on language selection.
Hopefully you will be able to follow the manual and button presses to find the setting you need.
You need to use the remote to go to the setup menu and set the language to English, or if you are in the USA set it to US English, which is different from English.
you should be able to do this by going into your settings on the T.V. however if you can't understand the language you might want too try unplugging (the power cord) your T.V for 10-20 seconds then plug it back in and see if that will default it back to english
First check www,samsung.com and look for firmware updates for your model and follow the instructions to a tee. If that does not help then the Main bd is bad.
