I need an owners manuel for a black and decker 7 1/2 band saw. serial number 9422

Try manualsomline.com they should have one you can download free.

Just Google "band saw blades 52 3/4" for more information than you want. Most woodworking supply stores carry them.

It's probably some incarnation of model # 3122.
See this chart, for example, with parts listed. Is yours like it?
There are several different types of that model, all of them listed here.
Click on the catalog number to go to the exploded parts view and owner's manuals. Just select the cord you're looking for and choose the shopping cart icon at right, then pick the view cart icon from the header of the next page and you can check out. (like this one.)
Hopefully the diagram will give you all the help you need to change out the cord...

You should have 2 hand wheels under there, or bolts, loosen them up, tilt the table, all set. Most band saws tilt, even the smallest and the least expensive. Hope this helps.
