A really annoying issue but your password is Your and only you are supposed to know it.
So I guess your only choice is to do a Factory Reset of your Coby tablet:

Factory reset would erase everything as if it was new.

You should be able to contact your service provider and reset your password.

Mine does that to but all I ever do it just hit the reset button on the back and it turns back on.

I don't personally have one, but while looking for a different answer on a forum they said holding the power and 'home' buttons down at the same time would make it reset.
