I cant connect my iphone with bluetooth. my phone cant find my stereo and when i try to connect it is just coming up error-10 on the screen. whats the problem and how do i fix it so i can listen to my music again?
The best way to fix an error 10 is to reduce the number of contacts on your phone or disable access to contacts.

Maybe it's a security issue. Try to add the stereo to the list of secure connections
The manual is clear about this. There is a power failure to the bluetooth. If switching off and on (ignition switch) does not help, you should contact a dealer or a repair centre.

Your firmware is corrupted you need to just reset or update it.In pioneer only they will reinstall the firmware.Take it to the pioneer to reinstall the firmware again.
