Check the fuse. Otherwise there's another fuse at the low voltage transformer itself. it will be covered with plastic tape on the primary winding of the transformer. Just replace it and enjoy your music

Good luck

How to fix couple of DELL desktops where I plugged them into 220 volts Power supply when they were set for 110 volts? More details below.

you could try replacing the power supply. if it still does not work, you probably fried the processor or motherboard. (or both). just make sure the replacement power supply has the same type of connectors on the power leads to the motherboard, hard drive, etc.

Can i use 220v source to energizer charger chvcm4

you will need a reducing transformer 220volts to 120 volts, you can find one at Radio Shack or Fry's Electronics., European countries uses 220volts, and the plug configurations are different from those of the USA.it is recomended to take one of these transformers with you when you travel abroad.

I plugged 110 volts xbox 360 into 220 volts outlet. and it's dead. what will i do?

Unless the item has internal fuse, it is burned up.
Look for product manual.
Many times, there is a glass fuse rated for unit voltage.
Replace fuse.
Each fuse has specific markings.

I accidentally plugged computer avr 220v to 110 could it affect my power supply

If the computer power supply is a 240 volt unit and you plugged into 110 volt mains the the computer should be OK.
Some power supplies have a voltage selection switch on the back of the power supply switch to 110 volts and it should work.
If the power supply is 110 volts and you plug it into a 240 volts mains then you will damage the power supply and possibly the computer as well.

My drier 110 volts was accidentally plugged to 220

The least of your problems would be a burnt out relay or internal switch which can be replaced at reasonable expense. In a worst case the motor or heating element "fried" and it'll be cheaper to buy a new dryer.
BTW 110 and 220 plugs are entirely different and a 110 plug cannot be plugged into a 220 outlet.

I own a velleman K4040 6550B it requires 220Volts to operate but i would like to turn it to 110-120 Volts operation, any recomendations?

Rather than modifying the unit (which may not be possible), you should be able to locate a voltage transformer that will convert the 110 into 240. Many of these types of units utilize different power transformers depending upon the source voltage. If you'd rather not use an external transformer, request a source voltage change kit from Velleman. If they utilize different parts, the required parts will be included in the kit.

Hcd bc150 main power

Please check Input Voltage 110 ~ 240 volts AC at rear or bottm side of unit. If same is written there, its Auto Voltage Operatable and can be use on 220Volts.
