I can't get my clock set on my GE stove model # JB645DT1BB It said to hold for 3 seconds to change the time but it doesn't change. HELP Please

To Set the Clock
The clock must be set to the correct time
of day for the automatic oven timing functions
to work properly,The time of day cannot be
changed during a delayed cooking or a delayed
self-cleaning cycle,
1. Touch the Clock pad twice.
For models without a Clock pad:
Hold the + and - pads for 3 seconds.

2. Touch the + or - pads.
If the + or - pads are not touched within one
minute after Step 1, the display reverts to the
original setting. If this happens, repeat Step 1
and reenter the time of day.

3. Touch the Start/On pad until the time of
day shows in the display. This enters the
time and starts the clock.
To check the time of day when the display is
showing other information, simply touch the
Clock pad. The time of day shows until another
pad is touched.

Rachellewis250@I have mislaid my Stoves 720 EF manual. How do I set the timer?

There are five buttons. from left to right they are Minute Minder, Cook Time, Ready Time, Plus, Minus.
To set the time of day press the Cook Time and Ready Time together and then use the plus and minus to set the time. Use the Minus button alone to change the alarm tone.
To set the Minute Minder, press the button and use the Plus and Minus to set the time period. To cancel use the Minus to ge back to 00.00

I have a GE electric profile stove. The range is working the stove is not. What should I look for.

the electric profile stoves have a set of electronic relays in the top of the stove where the digital settings are. the most likely problem is the control module that allows the electrical power to pass through it --is bad or damaged. also there may be a fuse link that blew out. The ovens and stove tops are usually on seperate relays. If the relays are solid state (soldered) you will need a technician to replace the relay. If it is just screwed to a panal board you could replace it yourself. Do you have the papers that came with the stove?? if so there should be information on the parts and ordering. also, there should be a schematic diagram of parts location on the stove. This will show you where the relays are located and which is the oven and stove top. or you could go online to www.ge.com and locate the parts and diagrams for replacement.

Stove top pilot light

I have a GE Gas Stove XL44 the stove top buners don't light by themselves without manual lighting. When I turn on the buner knob the buner doesn't click. Also I used my self- cleaning oven for the first time and stopped it before the time was up after that is when the stove top buners wouldn't light by theirselves.

LP or natural? Are the valves set correctly for such and the regulator value changed if a different gas is used than what the manufacturer set the stove up as?
