Quite suddenly the 'live' cam iamages on person.com do not open. There is only a grey box and the message "loading live video" but nothing happens. This has not happened before

Are you using firefox with adblok plus? If so, tell adblock to disable itself on that page, and your pictures should then load properly. This also works for google images as well.

My lifecam vx-3000 works with the test wizard but does not work with the life cam or live messenger ? I can see the other person with video call but my cam wont work. the green light is on?

I personally haven't heard of msn 2009. I use messenger live, try another version of the program and it should work.
