Have you tried resetting bios to default? There should be a jumper on the motherboard that says CMOS default or BIOS default. It is usually 3 pins with a jumper across 2 of them. Changing the jumper to the other unused pin and center pin, labled default, should reset bios to default and remove the password.
You can remove any set bios passwords with the bios master password. Just visit www.mastermindit.biz and click Unlock HP/Compaq Bios That page shows you how to get the error/hash code needed to create the Bios Master Password. You order then enter your computer info and error-hash code. They calculate the Bios Master Password from your information and email you it along with instructions on how to use it. They usually respond within an hour or two but never more than 8 hours and then your are unlocking the bios on your laptop. Knowledge and Service is outstanding. They use PayPal so you wont get cheated and they guarantee their service. I use them when I get a laptop with a bios password that is unknown. Mastermindit
