Hello, what I have found is the most common cause of water leaking out of the bottom of the capresso team coffee maker is a leaking silicone hose that runs to the boiler (See the photo below with the split in the hose). The replacement silicone hose needs to be safe for beverage dispensing, food & dairy processing, taste and odor-free, with a temperature range of -75? to 350? F. All you need is a sharp pick, a phillips screwdriver, and a pair of needle nose pliers. Remove the four rubber pads on the bottom using the pick. Use the screwdriver to remove the six screws holding the bottom plate on. Remove and replace "BOTH" hoses using the needlenose pliers to pinch the hose clamps. Better to play it safe while you have it apart. If one is bad the other is likely not far behind. I hope this helps. 
Note: don't forget to transfer the one way check valve (allowing water flow into boiler) in the input hose and the spring on the output hose to the new hoses. Also, removing the plastic shield to the left of the boiler, as seen in photo, makes things easier.
Prior to leaking I had no flow at all. Cleaning unblocked the flow, presumably it was the check valve that was blocked. In turn cleaning unblocked the split in the hose. Make sure that it's the piston (not the ball) that faces the reservoir when you put the valve in the new hose.
Can you advise where to buy the replacement hose and correct diameter? Thanks!

Sometimes hard water can build up and cause blockages.
Try mixing hot water and white vinegar (50/50 mix) and try running it through the machine. If this works, run it through a few more times than run cold water through a couple times to get rid of the vinegar.

I know it's not the same make as mine, but when I had that problem, it was the strainer holes that were blocked and the coffee wouldn't filter through, I just took a wire brush to it and cleared the holes no problem and away she went. . Hope that helps

The only sources I have been able to find are in Europe. They do not always wish to ship to the US however. In the US the dealers always want the repair, but seldome wish to sell parts outright. Try this website for parts.

I have the same problem with my E9 and I have traced it to the diaphragm unit that is just distal to the pump itself. Apparently, the diaphragm is secured with a steel band (not stainless since it is rusty) that may hold seals or O-rings that break down. You can observe it leaking when pressure applied during brewing. The question is: can a new unit be ordered and if so, where?

Most likely the 2 spouts have become plugged with crud. Use a toothpick while the machine is dispensing coffee. Stick the toothpick up in each little nozzle and move it around it might take several cups to get this done. I removed the top cover on mine and just poored water in where the coffee normally goes. It is just a gravity feed system. Don't poor too fast and move the toothpick around until the blockage is cleared. Helps to have 2 people for this. Also, once you get it cleared, try the finest grind setting. Mine was set on the coarsest setting and I think that was making making the blockage more likley. I dont think the cracked spout is common though. My machine has made over 8100 cups and is going on 7 years. No cracks are visible in mine.
