Cant find temperature control knob - Frigidaire 20.3 cu. ft. / 575 liter Upright Freezer FFU2064DW

In my experience, the temperature adjustment knob is behind the grill on the side. They put it hidden there because you hardly ever need to touch it. The model number isn't quite right for a Kenmore. It should be 3+5 numbers 123.12345 like this one 253.12502

It is on the back wall, about 2/3 of the way to the floor on the right hand side... Knob will look like this: Frigidaire Freezer Control Knob 216707200

You probably have food in front of it!

The higher the number, the colder.

I have a danby mini fridge and freezer and noticed the same problem. The temperature dial has NO NUMBERS ON IT! it just has a strip that goes from light to dark blue. That's it. I looked in the manual and it doesn't say anywhere which way is colder...it makes sense that the darker the blue the colder the temperature but why keep us guessing?
