• During a retraction operation of the transfer belt, the transfer belt retraction sensor cannot detect the transfer belt at its retracted position within a predetermined period of time after the transfer belt retraction clutch is turned ON. • During a pressure operation of the transfer belt, the transfer belt retraction sensor cannot detect the transfer belt at its pressed position within a predetermined period of time after the transfer belt clutch is turned ON. Remedy 1 Check the M5 connector for proper connection and correct as necessary. 2 PS31 I/O check, sensor check. 3 CL7 operation check. 4 M5 operation check. 5 Change CL7. 6 Change M21. 7 Change PRCB.

1 Wipe clean the surface of the transfer belt with a soft cloth, if it is dirty.
2 Change the image transfer belt unit if the transfer belt is damaged.
3 Change the PH unit.
4 Change PRCB.

That error code is related to Paper transfer belt contact motor error
The paper transfer belt contact motor drives beyond the specified time during home position detection or contact operation.Broken harness or defective connectors. Disconnected connector of paper transfer belt contact sensor or motor. Defective paper transfer belt contact motor. Paper transfer belt unit not installed try to change the motor

Remove the transfer belt unit and change the chip fuse on transfer unit.The fuse is or a little green pieces or glass fuses ,the value 0,065mA/250V rapid fuse.After change the fuse pull on the unit and turn ON the copier.Before change the fuse reset the transfer belt counter in the Present parts life mode.

P - 29 1 st image transfer ATVC colour failure
Check the transfer belt unit contact and that of high voltage board for connection and clean or correct the contact.
Change the image transfer belt unit.
Clean the sensor windows on the transfer belt unit.

C13C8 A new installation is not detected when a new Transfer Cleaner Unit (Image Transfer Belt Unit) is installed.

CEE0: Transfer belt position detection abnormality (normal speed):
The home position of the transfer belt cannot be detected.

This likely means that your transfer belt has gotten ripped. There are reflective strips on the transfer belt that tell the copier what position the entire belt is in before copying, and when the transfer belt gets ripped it causes the machine to not be able to find these strips.

You will need to replace the transfer belt and it would be a good idea to change the belt cleaning blade as well.

Transfer Belt Error Aproblem has occurred transfer belt in the machine. Unplug the power cord and plug it back in.If the problem persists
Cleaning the inside of the sensor of the belt and then not change you change the blet assembly

I got a way to reset the transfer belt counter:
Just press Meny.button, then #{4-digit-password-number}# and follow this path:
Techmode - DataSetup - Clear counts - Transfer belt Passord={4-digit-password-number}

The brackets should not be entered, only 4 digit.

Since you have changed the tone cartridges ...and it still does the same....

the next step is to check the transfer belt..transfer roller(this when hit by laser light stores the image and runs on the powder ink..the parts that have been created by the laser on the transfer belt is where the powder sticks)......remover the transfer belt roller and check to verify that its not worn out..its in the form of plastic paper more like Teflon.....view to see that it doesn't have severe markings...if its marked you will need to change the transfer belt to

If this doesn't fix the problem than you will need to change the laser scanner unit....

so basically its your cartridge...that provides color powder dust for image....
transferbelt...that transfers the image to the paper with the image being created by the laser scanner and the cartridge providing color

the last process is fussing ...heat is used to make stick the powder to the paper..and is done by the fusser unit...

as for your case the image is not either created by the scanner itself in the right manner..or the image is not properly created coz the transfer belt is worn out....

I suggest you replace the transfer belt next.
