It says when i send a text message to my friend is sms barred to my cellphone .i can;t send a message so how to solve my problem??

I can't send a text message... How to solve this problem??

Try to reset the phone.if still same u need to flash the phone

tmuncey hello,

Sometimes because of a phone bug or a SIM error, the "Service Centre" for SMS messages is changed.
Please call your cellular Service Provider, and ask for their SMS Service Centre settings.
Then, go to Messages > Settings > Text Message > Service Centre.
Make sure the number you were given by the Service Provider matches the one written there.
If not, please changed to the one given to you by the Service Provider.

SOURCE: I am unable to send any sms or view them from my new t303

I had the same problem & contacted my service provider, they advised the problem was actually with my sim card which was old & not compatible with the phone, A new sim was sent out & I can now send & receive sms without any problems.

click on to menu, click to sms setting, click to message settings, click profile settings, click the service provider, you will see and option service provider name, text code number, maximum and text. make sure it is on text and if not change to text.

Sometimes does not send sms&need to reboot when it sticks

for sending text messages :
1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct
2. call to your network operator customer care
3. request the message center number...
4.note it down
5. go to message settings>message center number
6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it

this solves your messaging problem ...

Can't send SMS in Nokia C7 but can receive

please try to go to messaging>options>settings>text message
1) make sure you have a defined message center for your present sim network 2) check preferred connection, must be gsm/3g
for item 1, the message center should contain a number : country code+your mobile network prefix

paki subok po ninyong tingnan yung sms/text settings, pwede mong subukan ang mga ito:
1) punta sa sms/test message settings, tingnan yun message center# kung meron
2) tingnan ang iba pang settings sa sms/text, para mo confirm pwede i compare sa ibang Nokia cellphone

Want to print text messages from cell phone

Try sending any test messages to your email address using your cellphone. Then you can print anything using the email's Print operation. The more expensive alternative is to buy the cellphone's cable-to-USB for your model cellphone.

If your phone has bluetooth, send the text to your computer via bluetooth, then use your printer to print them, if you have a bluetooth enabled printer just send them straight to that, or if you don't have bluetooth at all, use a usb cable to connect to your computer.

To access the phone's SMS messages, just click the SMS entry on the left side of the PhoneView window. You can copy individual messages, Command-click to copy several messages (helpful when you want to copy just those messages that are part of a particular conversation), or copy all messages by selecting one message, pressing Command-A to select them all, and clicking the Copy From mobile phone button at the top of the window.

I updated someone else's instructions to make them more clear...

Instructions to a Sakar sms text messenger - sending text messages.

Press the NUMBERS/LETTERS below the keypad icons.

Example: SEND a message from one Messenger to the other
  • For the messenger (USER 1) receive a message
    • Press SMS button,
    • then the RECV button and leave it like that - don't do anything
  • On the messenger (USER 2)sending the message
    • Press SMS
    • Type with the numbers/letters (NOT THE PICTURE)
    • Click SEND (it will display P/i ?)
    • click the (I C Q chat) button with the smiley face
  • The message will appear on messenger (USER 1) display
