Try updating your phone's firmware by clicking to this link below:

Make sure you meet the system requirements before proceeding and backup some of your important data.

Or also:

Back up all your important data (contacts, meetings, etc.) no themes, nor photo, nor nothing like that. Input original settings: Menu/Settings/Original Settings.

After this, reformat memory card onto PC, then put the card onto handset and format again.

I hope this solve the problem... luck.

please check your memory card for virus put it to a computer with reliable anti virus if thats not fixed the problem your memory card seems to be the problem, copy all your data from the memory to your computer then format it using the computer if thers no problem occured in formatting it to computer format it again to your phone then copy all the files back to your memory card.

*Download from www.zedge.com (before downloading select your phone model) and try to install if problem persists.....

Scan your phone and memory card with anti virus

I use sony ericson w205 and when i want to change my wallpaper, my theme it says file corrupt . How can i fix this?
If it just the one theme that says file corrupt, then you should choose another one or download the theme again.
If all themes say file corrupt when you try and select them, then you should update the software in your handset.
You can do this for free using the original Sony Ericsson datacable.

Theme corruption of 6300
sounds like you may need a reflash of the phones software. it sound like the software is the problem rather than the hardware. a phone shop should fix it for about 15 quid. hope that helps

HELP THEME CORRUPT
Hello,

There is a battery recall that you may have and the only phone number for them is in Texas and it is not toll free.
This is their contact information:

Their website doesn't offer much help although there is a user guide there that may include a reset key sequence.

This is from their user guide:
A theme contains elements for personalizing your phone.
Select Menu > Settings > Themes and from the following options:
Select theme — to set a theme. A list of folders in Gallery opens. Open the Themes
folder, and select a theme.
Theme downloads — to open a list of links to download more themes


Note the part where theme downloads is found. You probably need to download the themes again. The free themes.
