Try updating your phone's firmware by clicking to this link below:

Make sure you meet the system requirements before proceeding and backup some of your important data.

Or also:
Back up all your important data (contacts, meetings, etc.) no themes, nor photo, nor nothing like that. Input original settings: Menu/Settings/Original Settings.

After this, reformat memory card onto PC, then put the card onto handset and format again.
