try to load USB memory that is compatible to your stuff. try to load in other port.

First to confirm if the memory card is in the phone,

Go to the multimedia, click on my stuff, check sound, you will see the icon of the phone on the top left side of the screen and the memory card icon on the top right side.

Your songs do not go straight to the memory card, you have to receive it on the phones memory before transferring them to the memory card.

Ensure the file or song to be received is not too large, then you accept them via bluetooth or any other means of your choice.

After receiving them, you go to the "multimedia", select "my stuff", go to "sounds", select the song you just received, the you select the "option", go to "file", click on "move" to "external memory".

and your song will be loaded on your memory card.

The most common reason is memory. Try reseating (remove and reinsert) the memory, first.

Power off the computer and disconnect all cables. Flip the laptop to the back. Remove the battery. The memory cover has 8 screws. Remove the memory modules at a 25 degree angle and reinsert them by pushing them down firmly by the ends.

If reseating the memory doesn't solve your problem, one module may be bad. So, remove and test each module one at a time.

The E in the ISO field simply indicates that there is no memory card installed. This is not an error, as you stated that you haven't inserted a memory card. Put in the memory card and format it, and this will go away.

sounds like you have dislodged the memory, you need to get in the bottom and gently remove the ram and reseat it with a slight click.

Down load your drivers to a pc where you have internet connection, copy the drives to a USB memory stick and the load the drivers on your lap top and your ready to go.
