Load mp feader a4

Please determine what size you are trying to print (A4, Letter, Legal, etc.). The printer is requesting A4 sized paper in the maunal paper feeder becuase either you selected manual feed or the setting for the default try (usually tray 1) is not set to the correct paper size. In your case, make sure the green slide adjustment on tray 1 is set to A4.

Always showing the manual feed option when we printing. We would like to set it as automatic printing. How can we do that in default. Please help. We checked all the menus. example: in system set up paper...

If you are in Canada or US then you need to set the default paper size to Letter not A4. Most if not all software you use likely sends the print job in letter format. Because the printer is set in A4 it stops and waits for that size.

Printer problem

From the Printers & Faxes window, check in the i9950 Printing Preferences, Page Setup tab, for the following settings:

Page Size and Printer Paper Size are both set for the same size (both A4 or both A3).
Printing Type is set for Normal-size Printing

The graphic on the left should now show A4 (or A3) and Normal-size Printing in the legend.

Once that is set, verify from the application you're printing from that these settings are not being changed by the application (Preferences button in the print dialog box).
