AM FM SYNC RADIO HEAD SET

The FM radio works great on the p168. You need to use the head phone that came with the phone, it has a flat plug and plugs in on the side of the phone in the usb port. If you don't have the original head phone that came with your phone I have found them on ebay. I hope this helps you.

I don't know why you need AM, but that's not the issue.
If you have FM and HEAR it ok, then everything is fine. You've hooked it up right.
Not being able to find AM, is in the new radio.
You need to look to see how to tune to AM.
Maybe the paperwork that came with it!

make sure the head phones are completely inserted in the jack .
