T-moblie Prism 2 (U8686) phone has locked screen.

You must perform Hard reset. take the battery out of the back of the phone wait 3 seconds .put the battery back in, hold the power button in the volume up button simultaneously, release after you see the blue menu screen come up. Press the volume down key until you reach the wipe data factory reset, then press the power ,button , go to yes, you will see the unpacking, then go to reboot system now by pressing the volume down , then the power button. The phone will be when we start and then it will be unlocked

If would like to remove a pass code from an apple device, you would login and head over to settings. Next click on general > pass code or pass code lock I can't remember which one > now click disable pass code or remove pass code and you will be proceeded to put in your pass code. Now if you've done correctly try to lock and unlock your phone. I hope this helps;)

You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

This is what you have to do to have your password lock, removed.

Make sure you save all your save data and contacts info because doing this method will remove all your data on the phone/sim.
1) Switch off your moblie
2) Remove the Sim and switch on the mobile at this stage mobile show the massage"Insert the SIM"
3) Enter this code : *2767*3855#
let it reboot(restart) now its ready for permanent.

4) now put this code : *7465625*638*00000000*00000000#
(It will show in the screen like this-------- for 00000000)
5) NEXT ENTER: #7465625*638*00000000#

Then your data/settings including your password problem should be resolved.

after using this code u can use ur SIM now.
